A few more snappy snaps from London Fashion Week. These ones were before Mulberry.

These shoes are made for... working

It gets to a certain point in the pay cycle, when the weather has been a bit wet and I may have stepped in one puddle too many, and all of my work shoes are looking decidedly scruffy. Even the eternal stash of heels under my desk is looking tired. There is only one thing for it, I need some newbies.

And, luckily, there are a few cute ones out there...

First up, your classic bitchin' stiletto. This season, I am all about the pointy toes. yeow.

For a business flat I love these slippers with laser-cut detail, a little bit more interesting than your standard ballerina. All leather too.

But there are also plenty of days when I'm just not sure whether I want to wear a heel or a flat.  With this cute patent number, I can feel at least like I am making some sort of an effort, and I will still be able to feel my toes at the end of the day. That's a win.

And as we come into summer, this nude heel is the kind of thing I know I will find myself wearing just about every day. The heel isn't too high, and the colour will flatter even the most pasty legs.
